TFOE aims to use social media platforms and its website to spread awareness of the research conducted by the program, which often address topics of global importance. Although their target audiences are high school students who have little or non -research experience, they provide them with a platform where they can express their interests. To add to the learning experience, the founders - who have previously searched - share their experiences and provide resources to make the process more smooth. Moreover, TFOE holds regular community sessions, where all the program's participants discuss their research ideas and get in.
"TFOE is primarily seen on future prospects for multiple areas where the program's participants are excited. For example, some of the previous TFOE participants include a literary review about new ways to artificially develop members, exploring the influence of sports medicine On the injuries that threaten the job in athletes, wipe about how to test -the US optional policy has affected the economic scenario on unified tests such as SAT and/or behaving around the world, etc. "
Benefiting from engaging with other high school students, instead of his older teacher, is that the participants are able to receive comments and constructive criticism from individuals similar to thinking-while he enjoys of course. Another discriminatory factor is that TFOE provides an opportunity for the current participants to become part of the leadership team, and use their experience with research to direct the participants in future regiments and communicate with them. The program is completely free for the participants.
The TFOE's first regiment had 13 students and each student was appointed as a teacher from the beginning of the program. The batch held his first meeting in June 2020 and had multiple societal sessions, support meetings, and dedicated observations sessions throughout the summer of 2020 until the culmination of their reports during the first week of August. When seeing the enthusiasm of the first batch, they were offered to be part of the TFOE Command Committee. In the Leadership Committee, the chosen students will assume responsibilities such as the management of social media in TFOE, to guide students for future payments, or deal with the logistical aspects of the TFOE program. The Leadership Committee provides students with a unique opportunity to help manage a large -scale project and match the TFOE vision to empower young people.
